This is the true story of Queenie, raised in abject poverty along the railroad tracks in Metro Manila. Poverty breaks the spirit and limits a child's mind in many ways. Queenie suffered with crushing insecurities until Joanne Luciano and her team brought Sidewalk Children's Ministries into her barrio one Saturday. Once Queenie joined them her life was never the same. Watch the transformation that begins with Queenie spread to her mom and dad and ultimately to her little brother and sister, giving them a solid foundation for success in their lives. Sidewalk Ministry is an outreach started by Joann Luciano in 1998. Sidewalk reaches over 7,000 children weekly in some of the most impoverished areas of the slums of Manila, Philippines.
